How to order

You can order directly from our website and pay on-line securely through PAYPAL
Simply add items to the shopping cart and checkout when you have completed your selection
If you require multiple units of the same item please email us first to check availability!

Payment

We accept payment through PAYPAL 
or UK GBP Pounds Cash / UK postal orders

If you would like to pay by Postal order or cash you must first submit your order by email
via the contact us page.
We will then send you your order total and the address details to submit your payment.
Please note - Orders will only be reserved for a maximum time of 7 calendar days.

Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of payment receipt but in extreme cases please allow up to 28 days for delivery from placing your order.

Postage

Online ordering is currently for the UK only, however International customers can place orders via email.
Our standard United Kingdom delivery prices are stated on each product...
International buyers should email for a shipping quote.

Returns

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept returns where hygiene seals have been broken or packs have been opened.
You must first contact us with details of your order and request a Returns Authorisation code.
Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
We only REFUND the price of the product and not any shipping or handling charges.
