How to order

You can order directly from our website and pay on-line securely through PAYPAL
Simply add items to the shopping cart and checkout when you have completed your selection

If you require multiple units of the same item please email us first to check availability!

Out of Stock items / Special Order items

Occasionally demand out-strips supply and an item you have ordered may be out of stock, we give you an option to back-order (7-10 days), refund or replace with an alternative item of equal value.

Special order items - take 7 - 10 days to come into stock.

Your order may be shipped in separate shipments to speed up the delivery process

Payment

We accept payment through PAYPAL 
or UK GBP Pounds Cash / UK postal orders

If you would like to pay by Postal order or cash you must first submit your order by email via the contact us page.
We will then send you your order total and the address details to submit your payment.
Please note - Orders will only be reserved for a maximum time of 7 calendar days.

Delivery 

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment receipt but in extreme cases please allow up to 28 days for delivery from placing your order.

FREEPOST Items are sent by standard parcel post or 2nd class post.

Orders with paid postage are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class, 1st Class recorded & Special Delivery in the UK. 

Overseas shipments are via Royal Mail Air Mail & Registered Air Mail if preferred


Postage

Online ordering is currently for the UK only, however International customers can place orders via email.
Our standard United Kingdom delivery prices are stated on each product...
International buyers should email for a shipping quote.

PRODUCT SHELF LIFE  

All products sold on cherrycloud are factory fresh in date stock. We do not sell out of date product or "factory seconds" Burt's Bees products should be in good quality condition for a minimum of two years dated after the lot code date. We recommend that our products are used within 6 to 12 months after opening since they are natural products. Our products can last longer, if unopened and stored well. This includes keeping them out of extreme temperatures and direct sunlight (preferably in a cool, dark & dry place). In general, any difference in texture or consistency of one of our products is often associated with it being a natural product, and is in no way a reflection of it's quality.

Returns

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned un-used in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept returns where hygiene seals have been broken or packs have been opened or products sampled or used.

Cherrycloud are not liable for any personal preference to or allergic reactions to products sold on this website. 

You must first contact us with details of your order and request a Returns Authorisation code.
Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
We only REFUND the price of the product and not any shipping or handling charges.
